How it works

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a collection pack containing everything you need to safely prepare a small amount of ashes for us.

When you're ready to return your pack, simply get in touch and we'll email you a prepaid postage QR code, making the return process as easy and stress-free as possible. You'll have 7 days from receiving your QR code to post your parcel back to us.

Once your ashes arrive safely at our workshop, we'll let you know they've been received before carefully beginning to create your special piece, treating every order with the love, care and respect it deserves.
