Shipping policy

Orders will be processed between 3–5 working days (excluding weekends) 

UK delivery is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, for all UK deliveries under £100 we charge a cost of £4.50, Tracked 48 allows us to be able to send you tracking details once we have sent your parcel. We offer special delivery to UK for £10.95.  Orders placed using special delivery we aim to post within 24hrs there is no post on a Saturday or Sunday.  This will be tracked and require signature on delivery.  Please note that as we are based in Orkney, orders aren’t guaranteed for delivery the next working day.

Please allow extra time for orders during busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays, etc.) as all orders are put together by hand. And bear in mind we are in a rural location and this will add to delivery time. Weather can disrupt ferry and plane travel and this can impact on delivery. 

All of our Jewellery is hand-finished to order although we do keep some stock of popular pieces ready to ship.  Please contact us if you need an order sooner and we will endeavour to fulfil this for you.

 

UK Shipping

Shipping to the UK is Free on every order over £100.

 

International Shipping

Shipping outside of the UK is with Parcelforce Worldwide. International shipping is £13.50 per order.  Please note that customers are responsible for all customs and duties charged.

 

Collection

Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 10 am - 5 pm Sunday 11am - 4pm, and are generally ready within 2 to 5 days of purchase. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
