Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.celinaruppjewellery.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our behalf or a faulty or damaged item.  Sale items are final sale. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

In-store Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for refund or exchange on unused products in their original condition. Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange only. Original packaging must accompany returns. Receipt required for returns.

Sale Items and Gift Cards Are Final Sale

All in-store and online sale items are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. 

Cancellation

You cannot cancel an order after making payment online. Please make sure you are happy with your Basket before making payment and completing your order. 

Please check your Order Confirmation email to review the details of the order that you have submitted.  Celina Rupp Jewellery cannot be held liable for acting in good faith on incorrect information received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
